I recall in another thread that I referenced the American Lung Association Golf Book. I just got an e-mail from them for their book next year, so I just figured I would post it here for your browsing pleasure.

I started using it probably 5 years ago and each year I've paid for the book and saved some money. Check out your local area and look at the courses available to see if it can save you some bucks as well.

I know there are other books/deals/cards out there as well, if you know of any why not put a link here and let everyone see where they can save some bucks?

I've looked at that one because it has Chambers Bay on it. Their certificate price is higher than the rate right now, but lower than the summer rate which they compare their price to.
