Okay, folks, the European Tour season has been playing for a month, so here's the 2011 Parshooter Thread. The same rules apply as in previous years: Our theoretical player, Senor Par, is given a fully exempt Tour card through a "Deus ex Machina" moment. He then plays every full field tour event, but he does not qualify for the Majors or for the World Golf Championships. He shoots exactly par in each and every round of every tournament, and after every tournament I post how he did that week, and his standing on the money list at that point. World Golf Ranking points are not added to the mix. Comments, questions, and criticisms are always welcome. This and all other Parshooter threads are dedicated to the memory of Hogan Radial.

Tuesday evening update. Senor Par started his desert swing by making a little coin, and is now 83rd on the Order of Merit.

Tuesday afternoon update. Senor Par had a short week in Bahrain, and is now #101 on the Order of Merit.

Tuesday afternoon update. Senor Par's David Lean act made him a few more dinars; now he's #83 on the Order of Merit.

Tuesday afternoon update. Senor Par's desert swing came to an end, with one more tournament (India) until a break, after which he heads to Europe. In the meantime he's at #76 on the Order of Merit.

Tuesday afternoon update. Senor Par made a little money during his passage to India, and now has two weeks off to venture back to Europe. He's 82nd on the Order of Merit

Tuesday afternoon update. Senor Par didn't play, but at the end of the month finds himself in 91st place on the Order of Merit. His YTD earnings convert at US $61,236.13 .
