Okay, folks, the LPGA Tour season is back in full swing, so here's the 2011 Parshooter Thread. The same rules apply as in previous years: Our theoretical player, Ms. Par, is given a fully exempt Tour card through a "Deus ex Machina" moment. She then plays every full field tour event, including all the Majors. She shoots exactly par in each and every round of every tournament, and after every tournament I post how she did that week, and her standing on the money list at that point. At the suggestion of a reader, I also post that week's cut line. Comments, questions, and criticisms are always welcome. This and all other Parshooter threads are dedicated to the memory of Hogan Radial.

Tuesday afternoon update. Ms. Par had a good first stop in Asia, and is now 13th on the money list because two amateurs were above them on the leaderboard.

Tuesday afternoon update. Ms. Par made another nice check in Asia, and comes back to the US at 17th place on the money list.

Tuesday night update. Ms. Par had a good week in the desert, even if she can't actually spend her winnings. She's now 17th on the money list.

Tuesday afternoon update. Ms. Par had a solid week to start the California swing. Because no one actually wound up in 32st place, used the figures provided under 'Suggested Revision' at http://frankosport.us/golf/Purse/index.html. She's now in 21st place on the money list.

Tuesday night update. Ms. Par, as is her custom, did well in a major. She's #20 on the money list, with a month or so until the next tournament.

Wow, quite a break.

Wednesday evening update. Ms. Par's steady play continues, and now she's 22nd on the money list. She has a couple of weeks off to sharpen her game for the match play tournament.

Tuesday afternoon bump. Ms. Par lost in the first round. I substituted her for the lady who was actually in her position on the money list, but par wouldn't have won the opening match. She's now #22 on the money list.

Tuesday afternoon bump. Ms. Par had another steady week, and is now #25 on the money list. And a tip of the hat goes to Stacy Prammanasudh, who actually posted three even par rounds.
