He makes golf a more interesting game to watch on television and i can "applaud" him for the way he plays the game. He has been a "positive influence" on purses , tv ratings , and the only great player in the game in the 2000's. BUT..... It's clear that he was not a "positive influence" on his family. Now he is ready to be a "better husband and father . " How could he be a WORSE husband and father ? He was schtooping every trollop on the planet ! You have to wonder if Elin has several different sexual diseases....YUCK ! I doubt she will EVER forgive what he did to her....would you ?
He , also , showed a callous attitude towards the fans and the game. His repeated dirty mouth on the course....in front of thousands......millions.....should have been a clue to the real Tiger. That time he pull-hooked his drive into the ocean on the 18th hole at Pebble was the worst language i have EVER heard a golfer use after a bad shot. Not a PGA player , but all the golfers i have ever played with......the guys drinking a beer a hole.....the guys from drilling rigs on the Western Slope......the guys with tatoos......cowboys.....carpenters.....and even myself ! And we were playing in front of sage bushes in the middle of nowhere. He showed no reverence whatsoever for the people around him and the game of golf.....NONE ! Yet....he has legions of drooling fans who want to "win" through their hero. It was , somehow , acceptable behavior because he was the best golfer on the planet. Now , it's HIS business that he was a sex monkey and didn't give a hoot about his family and friends. We just want him to play again and become "a better man." We don't expect much from Tiger Woods...just great golf.

He will probably have a hundred "green police" patroling the crowd on every hole he is on to make sure he doesn't hear you tell him what people really think of him

Of course ; he made the decision to come back at the Masters for two reasons , it's a major and he has that course "wired ," and the tickets there all belong to patrons who would not think of jeopardizing their passes to say anything bad to Tiger. Besides.....they are mostly about a thousand years old !!! The whole " heckling" thing has been overdone in the media. It's a very distinct minority that would make any kind of nasty comment to Tiger at a tournament. What's the big deal with a few guys yelling something at him ? It's happened before ( to many different players) and it will happen again. Why is there this "worry" over someone saying something to Woodrow ? Storm troopers to protect the great Tiger.....why ?
Thanks for the reply Steve......nobody else (except Chuck) talks to me in here. Of course ; nobody else talks to ANYBODY in here. This DB is almost legally dead. I don't think it can be resuscitated.

I'm gonna chine in here with another take. I sincerely wish he hadn't picked the Masters to come back and, I think he did it for the impact.
Unfortunately he's going to turn a purposely staid event into a media carnival - and he damned well knows it. And, that's a bloody shame. He should have come back at some lead-up event that needed the publicity.
I have a feeling Hootie and company will wish he'd stayed in hiding............
