Well, as the season winds down,,, what was your funniest, best or worst moment on the course this year ???? I didn't get the chance to play as much this year but I have to say the funniest moment happened to a friend of mine. We were on about the 3rd or 4th hole and he steps up to the tee. Takes his drive and with a couple of practice swings he is ready !!!! Gets set and hits the drive, well the head of the drive came right off the shaft and went to the right, the ball went about 20 yards into a bad marsh area and he is standing there holding the shaft !!!!! Somehow it was funny to the rest of the group, but he failed to see the humor !!!!!!!

The season is NOT winding down, it's in a "Death" spiral. :-}
Some good shots, some bad ones. A few laughs and a few frustrations. Not as many rounds as I'd liked to have had but enjoyed each and every one. Met some new folks and enjoyed rounds with old friends. Tore up my ankle, but didn't bust my sense of humor. Thought I remembered how to play, but then figured out I didn't.
All in all it wasn't too bad.
Later,
