I was never a David Toms fan, I never once rooted for the guy and could of cared less for the guy up until last week at TPC. I can't put a finger on why I never liked him or what it was. I was touched on his story how he wanted to show his family, especially his 13 year old son what it was like to be an elite golfer again who is in contention week to week and can win. His son does not really remember any of David's past success. I was rooting big time last week and is was heartbreaking to see they missed short putt on 17 in the playoff. It's great to see how he is dominating thru two rounds so far in Texas. Good Luck David.

Nice to see that last weks loss hasn't bothered him. But last I saw an hour ago he was haveing problems. I've always liked him. Not flashy or pompus, seems like a pretty regular guy.

rough round yesterday for him, a 12 stroke swing with Charlie Wi. We will see if David can bounce back at take this thing.

Nice win for Toms. More like....straight guys rule. Some guys falling by the wayside. Neat to see the win and hug on 18 for the family. Had to be a tough one mentally , after the near miss the week before at The Players.

Poulter wins a nice one at the matchplay event. He's very good at matchplay. He must be a player that takes a few big numbers during a week of stroke play.

Kind of a lackluster year for several players. We haven't even reached the U.S. Open yet , but seems like nobody really taking charge out there. What's up with Anthony Kim ? Bunch of limeys playing the best golf. Dustin Johnson not doing much.......lots of other guys invisible.

Lots of caddie changes so far. 4 wins by the over 40 set too. Poults is 25-10-2 in match play, just al little better than Donald.
