One guy, Tingale(?) had to hit a shot off the deck of one of the food vendors today. Of course the shot landed on the green.

I didn't catch that hips. Might have been because i was not watching. Insufferably boring golf this weekend. Interviews with fat guys lauding the local culinary fare. Calc......ya gotta lay off that free food....you're too fat. The leaderboard looked like a Nike event from several years ago. Watched about 5 minutes of it. Bad weather....hard to follow...did anybody have ANY of those guys on their fantasy team ????
The Euro Tour was even more boring , but they did have Ernie and Anthony Kim out there on some island near South Korea. They , also , had bad weather. Seemed a bad time of year to play at that location. I think they play in Iceland next week. The Unpronounceable Volcano Open. Nike is unveiling their new golf "snowsuit." The Champions Tour had a two man team comp going on. Does anyone in here watch The Champions Tour ? They had a good storyline with Ken Green playing for the first time since his devastating accident. That was of some interest ( about two or three minutes) , but the golf was too boring for words. It might have been the best of the three though........the best of the worst three tournaments in the history of golf ! Played nine holes on my birthday (Saturday) and it was perfect late afternoon Spring weather....nobody out there because of some earlier rain. Snow on the ground this morning !

Good luck with that to you guys . Of course ; Woodrow will play this week and Phil is in the field. It should be a real barn burner. It has been reported that Tiger will be protected by a group of well proportioned strippers from a local establishment. He has added the girls to the already ridiculously overdone security detail put into action to prevent heckling . A spokesman for the embattled golfer had this to say......" Tiger has asked that all members of the gallery bow as he struts by in all his magnificence. It should be remembered that absolute silence is required for The Worlds Number One , and anyone whom breaks this rule will be immediately set upon by his shaved head security detail and then tickled to death by a well trained bevy of bosomy bimbos. " PGA Tour officials have decided to outlaw any attempt to communicate with The Worlds Number One . Those making any kind of contact with His Woodness ( including eye contact...ewwww) will be removed from the premises and forced to listen to John Daly sing and play his guitar while John's girlfriend paints her toenails and tries to explain the theory of relativity. " Heckling sports stars who make many millions of dollars has got to stop." ..said a Tour spokesperson ..."How can we expect these people to go on if these lowly scum who pay our salaries are allowed to make even the slightest reference to fact that Tiger is a slut humpin lyin cheatin dog ?" Bode Miller , holding a huge hit on the bong in his world class lungs , came up for air long enough to say that Tiger is an excellent role model and he hopes that 10 year olds will someday have "fatheads" of Tiger's scantily clad ladies on their wall to remind them of the REAL reason for fame and glory. We will have more on this unfolding story later in the week , including what to wear on a date with Ben Roethlisberger. " We recommend something in the "tearaway" category and a heavy coating of petroleum jelly on the face for the beating afterwards." said a spokesman from the Mike Tyson Institute.
More later....The McDivots raving reportor .

What would prevent a guy on Tour from hiring a really rippin babe ( I suppose the proper thing these days would be to say hotty , but i don't like that term...hotty....i'll stick with rippin babe.) ...and making her his caddie. It would be instant recognition ! Your gallery would be instantly doubled and your name recognition would increase . A guy like Ricky Barnes could get away with something like this. He's got some game and he would be perfect for the "babe caddie" program. He should get rid of the choo choo hat though. Go with no hat at all......and some really nice sunglasses...and stay away from the current stupid pants thing.
Just a thought........i suppose it crossed Tiger's mind a time or two before the scandal. HE .....would be better off with a man of the cloth carrying his bag. " I have really changed my life.....and to prove it.... i have Father O'Brian here carrying the bag. When we come in off the course , it will be much prayer and some self-flagellation........oops..there will be no flagellation...i no longer flagellate." Anyway...caddies are much too ugly...something should be done. 5 INCHES OF SNOW LAST NIGHT. Wet here , so far , this Spring......i like it.

JJ - The "rippin hotty" thing is too funny and strikes a nerve here. We had a member who was a really good player and always in contention in Club Cs. He'd bring his fiance out to caddie for him every year - and she WAS a good caddie. He'd taught her the game and she knew his game well enough to know when to push him and when to pull him back when he was too pumped after a good run of holes. And knew all the subtleties of golf ettiquet. Now - thing is - she was about 5'10", blonde, drop-dead gorgeous, killer figure - the whole 9 yards.............. And she knew it - and Tom exploited it to the max. Being a semi, we have no dress code beyond collared shirts with sleeves and no jeans. She'd turn up in a skin-tight polo, bra with max push-up and impossibly tight, white shorts with a contrasting coloured thong - guarateed to show through the shorts - usually red or black. Would always make sure to bend from the waist when she picked up the flag stick or Tom's clubs. Guys in his 4-some would get whip-lash turning to look at her ass or tryin' to get a look down her shirt........... There's no rule in golf that can categorise that as cheating but, it was sure as Hell gamesmanship!
