Hey, guys. Just got back in town a little while ago, thought I'd "report in." LOL The weather forecast for today (and actually for the entire weekend) was pretty bad, sustained winds at 25 by early afternoon with gusts up to 50 mph.! Luckily that did not materialize (though there's now a high wind warning out for tonight and all day tomorrow)!! Now to the golf!! If the weather is decent, the kids will get to watch me play, finally! I won my first match 5 and 4. As I had told Cobra earlier, I knew my opponent well, and while he is Tour long, he does have the occasional tendency to duck hook off the tee! Well, he hit first off #1 and ducked hooked his tee shot OB. I won that hole and the next with par and the next with birdie. He never seemed to recover mentally after the first drive. He was most gracious after the match and wished me well for the weekend. Hope the weatherman is wrong about the wind for tomorrow, and there's also a 50% chance of thunderstorms/rain in the forecast. I'll let you know how it goes (just in case anyone gives a shit)!!

Nice going. Putting up with us here, you should be well prepared for windy conditions Seems like I had the duck hooks today too.

Having the kids there will pump you up big time. Hope that pesky wind and rain just stays the heck away.
