JJ I fully agree with the "Reality Mentality" that TGC has adopted. I HATE IT!! I do understand that there is room for everything, but I have never watched Survivor, The Amazing Race or any of those things. I just don't care for them. I have voiced my 2 cents to TGC, but NEVER received even a form letter reply.

These are the first changes coming out since the new VP of Programing was brought in. I look for more to follow (I hope). I am praying they can return to a semblance of what they used to be.

They can still do BB, I just don't care for it or watch it. Like I said, there is room for everything, just don't ruin it with the "Reality Mentality."

Could not agree more . We may be in the minority though. Those kind of shows are all over the dial now. Even the stuff that is not "reality" based are taking on that reality look when they film scenes. It's not very attractive , but i think they are trying to attract the young viewers. I don't really watch much tv other than some sports and news , so it's really not very important to my life.
Enjoyed the "role model" thread. I was going to say Fungolfer...anyway ! :)

Sure was nice to watch GC at a reasonable time last night. Now if they just stop re-running everything, it will be good. I understand that this is the SLOW time for Golf News. The interview with Tiger was pretty interesting.

Well, Golf Central is off the air until January 5th at 6:00pm eastern. The first tournament starts on the 8th, so it will be interesting to see what changes TGC has in store for us, and if they try to shed the "Mickey Mouse" operation image.
