43 year old Jeff George who has not played in the NFL since 2006 has told the Indianapolis Colts that he can help them while Peyton Manning is out.

Really? Really? Really? LMAO

He was awful the last few years of his playing career, he has not played in five years, what makes him think that he can get ready to play QB in the NFL? I guess his big massive ego still exists!!

I agree Roy, in those immotal words of a good friend of mine would say," what were you thinking" That's nucking whatz. lol how long has he been out of the league? what kind of shape is he in? More questions than answers i bielive. As to Peyton he had experimental stem cell surgery oversees . i thinks fred couple might of had the same surgery on his back. i wouldn"t be surprized if Peyton is out all year.He had some kind of nerve damage in his neck from what I have read. For all you colts fans you will just have to wait and see. but they had better see who is avilable out there for QB"s.

Gary

George Blanda might be available.....and he could back-up at kicker. Wait a minute.....he may be dead...probably not very mobile now.

One of the great stories in football. Came in for the "mad bomber" ......Darryl LaMonica in the 60's... back when a guy could tackle another guy without getting called for something. He was....something like 43 at that time !

R.I.P George.....we remember you well. ( I think he died this year ??? )

Was pretty sure Art was playing for State Pen nowdays. The Favre rumors seem to be gaining ground. Guess Collins has a sore shoulder.

I'd pick Warner over ANY of those mentioned.
