I just found this,and although I am sort of lost as far as politics go (I try to avoid it at all costs),I just couldn't resist this one,because it is so absurd.  http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081209/ap_ ... tion_probeI thought that a senate seat is supposed to be decided by a vote of some sort...I didn't know they were for sale! What was this guy thinking?

Just how do people like that get into office????? I guess it boils down to those when we don't have much to choose from!
