The "haters" have quieted down some, but now they're onto her, by their measure, "dubious" entrance to Stanford...no way she had the grades to get in! LOL She's playing well, so they have to have something bad to say!!
As a teacher/was? many Hawaiian shcools are pretty "dubious" as to their academic rigor. But Pounahu(sp) holds their own against any mainland school as far as academics go. No basket weaving classes there.
We just had a kid here, a poing guard, witha qualifying SAT score but lacking core subject grades. Left our area for Las Vegas schools. Along those lines, I wonder why several bb players from the worst hs here are going to Louisville instead of closer to home...

I too have criticised the way Miss Wie has been handled in the past.
I think she's doing the right thing now and only wish the best for her.

As for Brie, I can think of two reasons I'd like to see her on tour. :-}
