I like Paula's fire. She goes out there to compete and win. Caddies become the whipping boy for their bosses when things go bad. Small price to pay for a great job like Creamer's bag toter.
Phil was a joke this season. Time for the young guys to take his place.

Phil had a MAJOR opportunity to step it up and just squandered it away. When his name is mensioned, I get the picture in my mind of someone that has passed the crest of the hill.

I have often wondered just what you have stated FG. Seems Phil just cant get back to how he use to play and has lost a little of the luster. IMO, I dont think he will regain what he had at one time.

With 34 wins and 3 majors it's really hard to say that he's not had a pretty great career. :-} Trying to win majors with Tiger in the field is a pretty tough nut to crack.
To me Phil seems to have lost a bit of focus. Why, I have no idea. He just seems to not be in the game 100%.
Paula seems to have a little bit of petulant brat that tends to come out on occasion. I think it might be her coping mechanism for when things aren't going so good. I'm sure she's probably working on it with one of the sports shrinks out there.

She does have some issues to deal with, not sure if that's what keeps her motivated or what !!!

I would hope Phil could regain what he lost, but he just seems to "overdo" everything. Paula, is just in her early 20's and in many ways still a little girl. I don't mean that in a bad way, I think we all are still some part children at heart. I'm sure as a little time passes, she will leave these spurts behind her and control her emotions a little better. She does have talent, and she does have fire, which will always be there, so go get them Paula!

I am not sure on Phil, but I do agree on Paula. Her "Youth" comes out at times and that is to be expected. I feel in a way that this fuels her fire as stated in the other post. Give her a couple of years and I am sure as you stated that she will have control.
