LOL. He spent too much time complaining about Cog Hill. That is something that has me peeved. It is an awesome course,=. Just because it does not match up well for him and he has a problem with all Rees Jones work, does not mean he should bash it. I hope the PGA does not really listen to him and not award Cog Hill the tourney in 2013.

He wasn't the only player to bark about the course. Steve Stricker , who according to that bald guy on Morning Drive...." Would not be critical about a door knob." ....didn't like the changes at all. There was nothing wrong with the course to make any changes in the first place was the prevailing sentiment. Was one of the most well liked venues on Tour.

Now the BMW.....a loss of identity inside this FEDEX crap. I agree ...too many eastern tournaments. They bring in that Jones guy for everything.........sameness.......length over shotmaking.......old money tree-lined courses that seem to all look the same....bad weather.

We had the LPGA and the Champions tour here for years in Sacramento and then the corporate plug was pulled.I think the only on going tournament in northern california is the players championship for the seniors in Sonoma over in the Napa valley. sad very sad. The seniors sure would like more west coast stops. Was good when they had the Jeld-Wen, Boeing here, and then Pebble. But we still had a great field, even the Monday qualifiers were recognizable.
