They cancelled all the flood warnings, the snow melted pretty slowly so no problems there.

Winds and rain will be the problem here tonight and Thursday. Up to 50 mph both nights. Several trees came down last time with calmer winds. There was a power outage just a few blocks from us, second time we've been lucky by a short distance.

Only 8 weeks now until we are sipping margaritas  Lots of good travel deals out there now, would be nice to take off real soon
