I'm sorry to inform you, Mr. President, that we can not launch a counter attack at this time. Two goofy looking guys just duct taped our launch button operator in his chair. We'll have him out in about 15 minutes or so. Union regulations won't allow us to have anyone else operate the button. The Union Steward and the General are in negotiations but so far we have been unsuccessful at swaying him from his position.
