Already asked the guy at New River, I know from going to MB at that time that they aerate the greens right after the "peak" season. He told me they do it in the Pinehurst area the last two weeks in May.

Cobra, got the estimates from Talamore, and they are about $100 per person cheaper than Little River, same courses! The only difference was that Talamore did not include hot breakfast daily. Some figuring to do there, I can't see the differences in the lodging being that far apart from what I see over the web. Any thoughts??
They did give two lodging options, Talamore Golf Villas, and Mid South Lodges. The Mid South Lodges were just about the same as Little River.

Well, I was almost sure that Talamore would come in a little cheaper. I really dont think there would be that much difference in the lodging myself. The daily breakfast is another matter. Is the "Breakfast" served on site at Little River or a coupon for the pancake house down the road ? If served on site I think I would go that way, and pay the difference. Its going to cost around $10.00 for breakfast anyway and if served on site you wouldn't have to go anywhere. So, 5 or 6 days there is $60.00 and the other $40 for convenience.
I also look for the "WiFi",,,, (Just Me) and I know that Talamore offers that.
IMO, if the breakfast is served at Little River I would try and get the vote that way !!!!!

Still going back and forth with trip packagers, since this is the first time dealing with them, want to make sure there are no assumptions. I knew all the details with the people in Myrtle Beach, so just taking my time. I have asked for them to mail me some information, so waiting on that. It does look like we will be in Pinehurst this year though. Should be fun!
