Have now played twice since returning from Mexico. Not hard courses and I usually play them from the blues, but since I hadn't played in a month, I played the whites. 86 and 82 in the outings. Very good scores for me. Those tees are great for the ego

Very nice Hips, my game went south over the spring but is coming back real well now.I just needed to get down in that Nevada desert like i do every year to straighten me out . A recap of the trip is coming very soon everyone. Gary PS: where is JJ ? last i heard he was going golfing in Arizona. Maybe he decided to stay there instead of going back to the snowny and cold Rockie Mountains. JJ you out there buddy?

Have an outing at a private club tomorrow, there are 3 of them putting rounds on the local golfNow page. they must really be hurting. At least their groundskeepers will have lots of work after I play tomorrow

Played at Twin Lakes, south of the city. Was a working man's country club, not kids running all over taking your clubs here and there. Chunked through the first couple of holes, giving the groundskeepers lots to do. Was behind a 4some, two others joined me. Seemed like a frat party the rest of the way around. Very tight course, got at least 4 houses Two holes had a great view of Puget Sound. Was told it was a moderate walking course so I did. Guess I should have paid more attention to the 122 slope rating. 91 wasn't bad for the first time there and the house shots

Played another private course today, a 9 holer with 2 tees for each hole. Got paired with 2 older members, one 94. I'm sure he beat me today, has bee shootinjg his age for the last 7 years! The other guy had a cart tricked out like a '57 Chevy. Under the hood was a bar. Good day except it was my worst round of the year, even worse than the 2 at Bandon
