Well, The cup is in Chicago, sort of, pick the wrong time of day and it could take you two hours to get there from Chicago.
It sure looks nice, too bad regular mooks like us will never get to tee it up there.
You'll notice there are no rates, tee times or membership information on their website.
Does anyone else find it slightly hypocritical that a course sponsors a kids program that probably 99% of the kids in the program will never get to play?

Later,
DNRS

The most interesting subplot during the Solheim Cup at Rich Harvest Farms near Chicago no doubt will involve the most celebrated player in the event, Michelle Wie. The second-youngest participant in cup history (19 years, 10 months), Wie will spend a rare week away from her parents. The ever-present B.J. and Bo Wie have been politely told that they will not be allowed in the locker room or team-lodging area, or at team meals. It'll be interesting to see how this affects Michelle, but the Wies faced a similar banishment at the 2004 Curtis Cup and Michelle played great. Repeat?

They might need a vacation away from her anyways...Anyone who has dealt with teenage daughters knows that.

Keep Mr. and Mrs. Wie AWAY from Michelle when it comes to golf. This kid had loads of fun this week and outplayed everyone else on both teams. IMO

What a great finish to the Solheim Cup! WOW!

Great shots made by both sides, however Ms. Wie acquitted herself very well! 3-0-1 best in the house!

On a more personal note; I loved the tight white pants and shorts the ladies wore! No panty lines there for sure!

And who could not enjoy seeing Cristina Kim's girls jiggling and bouncing nicely along....... :D :D

USA---USA---USA! Woohoo!
Cheers,
Tom
