This should be interesting. We will see if this so called sort of amends between Woods and WIlliams was all fake or not. The two innocent bystanders are Adam Scott and the other guy who caddies for Woods. I can't even remember his name.

I think Woods/Stricker will prevail in a very tough and close match. Woods is playing excellent golf 75% of the time. One bad day out of four seems to be his thing. Stricker has not been impressive, but he and his putter should show up today.

Ah, the other guy Joe Lacava

Scott/Choi could not do wrong

Woods / Stricker were a few yards off. Hit many good shots that just missed the correct location to land the ball

Adam Scott hit the ball really well and Choi hit it in the fairway. Amazing how good these guys are out of the sand. Scott does not make some of those putts without that contraption he uses.....but , hey , they took care of that big groove thing , so can't be expected to take away long putters. Funny , how the groove thing augments manufacturers' sales , but a long putter ban would hurt sales. That's another topic.

Good stuff at the P Cup..........fun to watch. American team got kind of lucky to be leading though. I would really like to play that golf course. Down undah.....good on ya mate.....maybe boil a billy......have a vegamite sandwich.....and a Fosters.

Ever had vegamite? Worse than poi.
If Scott lost his longie, Simpson would have to give his up too.
Articles said the sand was gray, looks pretty white to me.

I have heard vegamite is just awful.

I have no problem with ANY of the guys having to putt with a...putter. They get enough help from modern equipment already. A guy was hitting a pitching wedge from 164 yds on the first day..........a pitching wedge.......164 yards.......just a smooth p wedge.......yeesh !

Sand is native........i like bunkers without too much sand in them....nice firm conditions......greens are too soft where i play right now...fairways too soft in most places too. I have no idea why....the course is designed to play more like the one they are playing. It would be nice to play the contours of the hole more like they do on Royal Melbourne. Nobody fixes their ballmarks on the greens. Stupid... cart driving.... hoser bastards. :)
