I , actually , practiced the stack and tilt method early last season for several weeks. It improved my ballstriking and helped me to turn around my right leg and get some sway out of the swing.

I played with a guy and his wife one day. SHE was stacked ! She had way too much SWAY though. I really wanted to work with her ....she obviously needed some hands-on instruction. :)
