Good thoughts Gary....a very entertaining Masters this year. Lots of guys with game these days and more on the way i guess.
On the subject of Eldrick........it was amazing what he did in the game and i think he will slip it into gear and win more big tournaments in the future. Golf is like that.....something clicks and it suddenly becomes easier to hit the ball close and putt it in the hole. Every shot becomes an opportunity to hit the ball just where you wanted to and make a good score. Of course ; there is the inverse to that kind of golf. Every shot becomes an opportunity to put yourself in some kind of trouble. The lie is never quite what you wanted and putts are a mystery. Weird game....to say the least.
Tiger needs to get out of whatever parallel universe he has entered , and jump back in zone.

Harbour Town this week........" In my mind i'm goin to Carolina.........can't ya see the sunshine.....can't ya just feel the moonshine......ain't it just like a friend of mine..........to hit me from behind....... yes i'm goin to Carolina in my mind. " Ahhhhhhh...the great James Taylor.....makes ya feel like goin there.

I think Tiger is in the "take two steps forwards and then one step backwards" mode which must be frustrating for him as I know how frustrating it is being a fan of his golf game.

Good way of putting it Roy. I can relate to that in my own game. Sometimes it just slides away and you have to work hard to recapture the right frame of mind to play well.

Tiger showed he can put it together at Arnold's place. He will do it again.

He will put it together when I put him on the shelf. I'll leave him off the team next time he plays. He is bound to win it big then. :)

Didn't play him last week. Thought he had played too much lately and would get tired. Maybe...

Yeah....he's always got SOMETHING going. How is it that he's always limping , tired , sniffling , too flat , too upright , getting stuck , releasing it too much left , playing too much , playing too little , too pissed off , too happy , or just has ( is ) a pain in the neck ?

In fact.....WAY too much information on EVERY guy out there now ! We have a crisis of TOO MUCH INFORMATION on just about every subject imaginable. Not really a good thing sometimes. Ever notice how everyone is some kind of swing guru now ? They collect all this information , but don't have a clue what to do with it. They dispense their wisdom as though you were just waiting for their divine guidance .
I have to admit though.....i have been very lucky so far this season to be paired with some really nice guys. I just know i'm going to get that swing expert guy..... that i will beat by 15 strokes.... next time out...i am due. :)

2 rounds and not an honest golfer yet. Played terrible, no rhythm. Part of that was the 3 asians in front of us that were 2 holes behind. Lady driving down the middle of the fairway with a 90* rule. Course was in much better shape than it was Tuesday. Amazing what a couple sunny days will do.
