Is anyone going to check this show out? For those who don't know, Hank Haney is going to help Charles with his golf game or more specifically that wretched thing he calls a golf cwing.

I think it's nice of Hank to give it a go , but i doubt i'll watch it. Charles certainly can't get any worse than he is now.

I'm going to DVR it since I work Monday night. I think it will be hilarious.
I don't particularly care for CB but it will be interesting to see what approach HH takes to fix him.

I'll probably watch it,just because Charles has more leg movement than the Rockettes during one of his swings. If Haney can fix that,he can fix anything.

I'm anxious to see where Hank starts first with Charles. It appears to me that the primary source of his problem is mental but it's compounded by the fact that Barkley's swing is handsy......I'd expect that if he could redirect his concentration to a shoulder turn, a more layed off club head position and a latent release that these 3 elements might be critical in minimizing the hands and emphasizing the big muscles. Maybe a one handed (left) takeaway excercise to start with......
I'm just interested in finding out WHERE a great teaching pro like Hank starts to get this swing under control.....At the same time they are probably going to spend far too much time making this excercise funny so they appeal to viewers less technically interested than some of us......I'd rather they get down to business and fix the guy as fast and efficiently as they can. I don't see how a great athlete like Barkley can have a swing this bad for this long. BTW: I don't believe for ONE MINUTE that he was as good a golfer has he claims to have been.

Hey D!!!
Those were my thoughts. Where does he start and what methods does he use.
I think the first thing he does is get him to swing through without lurching down to "Hit" the ball. After that everything else should basically fall into place.
