Culd en grey in thee uld toon tudey. Tha hoose is culder thin Hilary Clinton's bum.

Looks like snow clouds settling in over the mountains. I may try to play nine holes later today if it gets above 45 degrees and it does not start snowing. I love to play when it gets misty and the clouds sit low in the sky. Does not happen near enough here in the Colorado high country , but it's beautiful when it does happen.

I have a herniated disc in my back and a disc in my neck that the surgeon said " You know ; that is probably going to be a problem as you age." He was right.......i have a problem turning around to keep track of attacking forwards when i chase the puck back into our zone as a defenceman. I get away with it most of the time because they are not exactly Crosby coming in on me.......although they get younger and faster every year and i get older , slower , uglier , and nastier.......it's the "ugly" part that really bothers me. :)
Tiger will probably find some doctor that will confirm that his neck is , indeed , broken ! He was playing with a broken neck. Isn't he just magnificent ! How does he do it ????

Anyway....he IS fun to watch and a great player , so i'll lay off him.

Hips........skating is much easier on the knees than running or even just walking. The problem is , of course , ice time and the availability of a rink. I would skate every day if the dang rinks were not all thirty to forty minutes away. I plan on skating until i croak ........which may not be far off judging by the season i just had on the ice. I make up for it in the bar afterwards ; i'm told by my teammates . They keep me around to laugh at , and i pass the puck well enough to hang in there.

Uh oh......i'm talking hockey. Nice win by Tim Clark . He seems a good chap. I was hoping Davis Love could persevere. I think the course makes for some exciting play. Just glad i don't have to play it every day.

Canadiens and Penguins... A GAME SEVEN.....it should be a good one....YOU BET'CHA BY GOLLY. ;)

I had Westwood in fantasy and he folded like a cheap tent. I thought DLIII was done but he has done well this year.
If I don't get a job offer I can't turn down, I'm going out tomorrow. 70's until Sunday.

You lucky..................more snow here. On my way to hockey last night i drove through every form of precipitation known to man. Socked in today ....cold...nasty....no golf practice...i will work.

Westwood has been playing really well , but he folds neatly on the final nine most times. He needed to "stare" at someone or get into some kind of Montgomerian snit to get himself going. Davis usually plays Sawgrass well , and he has been playing well this year.

Play well Steve.....have fun .

Wow .......did you see where Zach Johnson shot 80 yesterday and Will McKenzie shot 85......85 !!!!!! Looks like Will is WD......hmmmmmmmm ...neck problems no doubt. I doubt if they will be interviewed about that new Norman / Sergio design thing. :)

But ZJ didn't lose any more ground today. Probably an old snowboard injury to McKenzie

70* today but supposed to rain all next week.

Rained some more yesterday here....rained all night...about 37 degrees and heavy clouds this morning......should have some more rain today......coldest , snowiest , and rainiest May i have ever seen here so far. I blame The Obama. He is displeased. We must please The Obama.

I usually like to practice on Saturday mornings. All those guys with a tee time hurry to the practice tee to hit balls before their round . Their buddies show up and they commence to have long conversations certain to slow up their ball hitting. Soon ; they are called to the first tee , and that's when i strike. Free practice balls. I hit many balls and then go to the short game practice area , where Saturday morning is not as lucrative.
I doubt they are very busy out there this morning. Too cold for the gumby golfers. I'll wait until the pickings get better in a couple of hours. I have no pride , but all the practice last year , and this , has really helped me to play better. Golf is fun again and i owe it to the "Saturday morning guys who get the large bucket and can't hit it in 15 minutes."

I DO.....actually...BUY a small bucket to support the course. :)

Sounds like a great plan, trying to think of a course close enough that I could try that. Did a similar thing inthe league I was in, but didn't hit that many. I figure that this old body only has so many swings per day in it.

It has to be the oil spill messing up your weather. The darker color absorbs more sunlight so there is none left over for your area 8-)

Not a whole heck of a lot better here in Mid-Western Ontario. Had summer-like conditions at the end of April. All our trees were fully out in leaf - the Flowering Crab Apple on my front lawn looked like it was mid-June. SInce then it's been 2 weeks of rainy, cold, blowing weather. More like late October/early November. The weather is broken!
