WOW...guys actually posting.....must be a full moon. :0)

The boot is to protect his Achilles tendon. Must be partially torn.....nasty business.....tore mine in '91. Mine snapped and had to be surgically repaired. Tendons do not heal very fast , but assuming his is not completely torn , it is probably more precautionary to wear the boot. Is it the left leg ? Mine was left leg ...a leg already devastated by a motorcycle accident years before. I have a really ugly left leg now....even more birdlike than my right leg. It's a shame he is out of action. The Achilles will irritate the knee , and the knee will irritate the Achilles. I hope he can heal and come back to play strong. Golf needs truly great players , and Tiger is a great player.

Good to see some guys posting. I have been on a mission for The Obama for the past few weeks. I can't really say where , but he said to give a shout out to the McDivots guys. He likes to give shout outs and bump knuckles and stuff.........kind of a cool cat....ya know ?

I planted the "Green Jacket" on my brother after 72 holes in three days of play. I beat him handily over three different courses and several species of cold beer. He had to wear it all the way back up to Glenwood Springs ( 180 miles) in his semi-ancient Saab convertible ....top down. He looked like a real estate agent , circa 1978 , badly in need of a sale....and a new sport coat ! :0) PERFECT !

Did see a pic of TW in the boot and on crutches. That probably puts him at least 6 weeks from playing from my experience.
Cool deal with the Green Jacket!
It is a full moon and a very long lunar eclipse already happening. Which means we don't get to see it. Like thats a possibility here with all the clouds still.
Got a thank you card from 3 year old granddaughter for her presents a couple weeks ago. She wrote her name and it is almost legible. Maybe she has a future in medicine!

He says he will play next week. Will he finish all 4 rounds?
