If you don't have a contract to get that done before the snow, you are screwed. One thing I used to ALWAYS have to remind my stores was to make sure they cleared the loading dock. Unbelievable how many times they would do the lot and never drive around back!

Not thinking ahead :D The home improvement stores have their heavy equipment they rent out. Should be able to use that and saw lots of salt in Lowes they could have used.

They couldn't get the rental equipment out anyway. Told some of the employees that were just standing around that they should work on the lot

Just reading an article how people in businesses with any kind of a plow device were making $1000 a day clearing lots. Most advertized on craigslist.

I always had my stores get a contract in place during the summer, rates were good then!
